What is Room 244?
A unique events and entertainment space. Our two-part room is a 700 sq-ft store front space that can be rented for any event, private or public. Your rental includes use of the backyard space and free use of our basement inventory of various tables, chairs, and more. Every month we feature artwork by local artists to give your event or pop up a gallery aesthetic.

Room Details
- A 700 square foot room
- Fits 40 standing or 25 seated maximum capacity
- 1 bathroom, No kitchen
- Available hours for rent will be 9:00 am to 11:00 pm daily
- Rental hours include set up and clean up
- Outside catering and vendors are allowed but not required
- Private events are BYOB for adults over 21

- (3) half-tables 18” x 72"
- (1) rectangular tables 30″ x 72″
- (1) table topper 72” x 12” x 12′ to create a counter or shelf
- (4) round tables 36” diameter
- (20) stackable chairs
